Author and Star Wars actress Carrie Fisher has said that everyone in Hollywood “knows” that John Travolta is gay.
Fisher, the daughter of singer Eddie Fisher and actress Debbie Reynolds, is considered Hollywood royalty. She starred as Princess Leia in the Star Wars films and wrote the bestselling novel Postcards from the Edge, which was made into a film.
The 54 year old commented on Travolta’s sexuality during an interview with the Advocate magazine. She was asked what she thought of Travolta’s lawyers issuing legal threats to a website which published claims that the actor was gay and had been seen having sex at steam baths.
“I mean, my feeling about John has always been that we know and we don’t care,” responded Fisher, who has known Travolta for decades.
“Look, I’m sorry that he’s uncomfortable with it, and that’s all I can say. It only draws more attention to it when you make that kind of legal fuss. Just leave it be,” she added.
In his recent self-published book You’ll Never Spa In This Town Again, author Robert Randolph writes that he’s witnessed Travolta engaging in sex with other men a number of times. The actor has been dogged by gay rumours for many years.

hypocrisy. If he wants to perjure himself by issuing summons against people speaking the truth , then he must face the consequencies.
If he wants things to remain low key , then just ignore what is being said like so many others.
It is just sad that he has such self hatred. Someone in his position could do amazing things to help prevent the terrible abuse and suicide of young gay people in the States.
