THAI SINGING CONTESTANT SURPRISES, WOWS JUDGES

An apparently transgender contestant in the Thailand’s Got Talent competition has wowed judges with her surprising vocal talents.

The contestant is identified as Bow Nuntita, according to a YouTube comment. The judges weren’t sure of her gender as she began to sing during the audition.

The live audience and the judges were all ultimately impressed by her talent and put her through to the next round.

“I’ve been teased a lot but I just had to bottle up my feelings,” the contestant said in an emotional interview after the performance.

She added, “The worst thing is that my dad does not accept who I am. I want to tell my dad that I love him very much, and I’ve accomplished my dream today.”
