DESIGN NEW MR. GAY SA LOGO

The organisers of Mr. Gay South Africa™ have called on LGBTI designers to contribute to designing a new logo for the pageant.
The new logo should reflect the organisation’s aim “to find the ultimate gay male” and should suggest the pageant’s more “streamlined” format which will be announced soon.
“The new format will be launched within the next few weeks, and entries will open in the beginning of June. The new website is already up and running and entry forms will be available from the beginning of June,” said Coenie Kukkuk, Director of Operations.
In line with the format restructure, the board of directors have decided to change the event’s corporate image to portray the new direction and, importantly, to include the LGBTI community in its design.
While there is no cash prize, the winner will receive broad exposure for his or her company by being announced and named as the “official logo designer” of Mr. Gay South Africa in the media, which, Kukkuk said, is valued at more than R 50,000.
