The man who claims to have been John Travolta’s male lover for six years is said to be planning to write a tell-all book about the affair.

According to the National Enquirer, the Academy Award-nominated and Golden Globe-winning actor’s former pilot, Doug Gotterba (60), has lined up two writers to help him pen the book.

Travolta has been married to actress Kelly Preston since 1991 and has had three children; one of whom died of a seizure in 2009.

“It could be a marriage-ender,” an insider told the Enquirer, “Even though she wasn’t married to John at the time, she’s already been terribly humiliated by this ugly scandal that doesn’t seem to end.”

Claims about Gotterba’s alleged affair with the star have been backed by Travolta’s secretary from 1978 to 1994, Joan Edwards, as well as Gotterba’s ex boyfriend, Robert Britz.

In recent months, Travolta (58) has been the subject of numerous allegations of sexual misconduct with other men, mostly masseurs.

The actor has denied all the claims but has kept a low public profile.
