Jennifer Lopez’s representative has denied rumours that her sexy younger boyfriend and backup dancer Casper Smart is gay and using her for her money.

Joshua Lee Ayers, one of smart’s fellow dancers and apparently a former friend, posted two pictures on Twitter of Lopez’s boyfriend, with comments suggesting that he is gay and taking advantage of the singer.

The first, posted in March, shows a shirtless Smart, wearing shiny gold shorts stuffed with something, surrounded by other shirtless men in their underwear.

“Check out Ur boy… And his low key homo ways,” Ayers, who worked with Smart in the 2010 dance movie Step Up 3D, wrote with the picture.

After posting another photo last month of Smart posing for the camera, Ayers commented: “I know what I know, Not love, a lot of business and public relations.”

Lopez (42) and Smart (25) have been dating for seven months. Their relationship is believed to have started four months after she split from her husband Marc Anthony.

“Casper is not gay. These comments are born from envy and jealousy,” Lopez’s representative, Mark Young, told RadarOnline.com last week. He added: “It must be a slow news day.”

Smart appears prominently in Lopez’s new music video for her single Dance Again and is on tour with the star.
