HANDBALL PLAYER SUSPENDED OVER GAY KISS FURY

An Italian handball player has been suspended for becoming aggressive and grabbing his crotch after an opponent kissed him.

Brixen defender Ivan Stuffer lost control when Pasquale Maione from Bolzano, the opposing team, gave him a peck on the cheek in the midst of a heated game on Saturday, presumably to unsettle him.

The tactic seemed to work, perhaps too well.

In response to the kiss, a furious Stuffer violently shoved Maione in the chest, sending him flying to the ground.

Stuffer then proceeded to pull his pants down and grab his crotch for the benefit of the crowd.

It’s unclear in the video if the crowd is jeering or cheering him on.

Stuffer was sent off the court and has been suspended by the Italian Handball Federation for two matches over the incident.
