MAD MEN ACTOR’S ‘IMPRESSIVE’ PRIVATES CAUSE PROBLEMS

Mad Men star Jon Hamm’s apparently ample private parts are reported to be causing ongoing problems for the show’s costume and marketing departments.

The New York Daily News claims that an AMC (the channel behind the series) insider has revealed that the 42-year-old actor has been ordered to wear underwear when shooting scenes for the show.

“This season takes place in the 1960s, where the pants are very tight and leave little to the imagination,” the source told the newspaper. “Jon’s impressive anatomy is so distracting that they politely insisted on underwear.”

The insider also claimed that the channel’s marketing team has had to previously photoshop the visible penis bulge out of promotional shots for ad campaigns featuring the star.

It’s not the first time that Hamm’s crotch has raised eyebrows. Gossip blogs have previously pointed out that paparazzi photos often show what appears to be the shape of the actor’s manhood under his pants and that he often does not appear to wear underwear.

“His privates are the inside joke,” said the source, adding that Hamm “knows what he’s got.”

A representative for the actor was asked by the Daily News about the matter and replied: “It is ridiculous and not really funny at all. I’d appreciate you taking the high road and not resorting to something childish like this that’s been blogged about 1,000 times.”

Hamm has been in a long-term relationship with actress and screenwriter Jennifer Westfeldt since 1997. Lucky lady.
