MCQP Candyland Gallery 1

Cape Town overdosed on all things sweet, sour and sticky as the 2015 MCQP Candyland costume mega-party exploded onto the streets of the East City Precinct on 19 December.

Marking its 22nd year, MCQP was launched on the eve of the new South Africa, envisaged as a primarily gay or “queer” event. It has since become an annual Cape Town institution.
