GAY PORN SOLDIERS FACE COURT-MARTIAL

Advertorial

Seven US soldiers from an elite airborne division have been charged for performing on a gay porn website – a violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Three of the men face court-martial, while four others have received a lesser punishment.

The soldiers from the 82nd Airborne in North Carolina allegedly appeared on the website – identified as ActiveDuty.com – in exchange for payment. The charges come after an investigation that began January, which has also recommended that all seven be discharged from the military. The unit, with 15 000 paratroopers is one of the most highly regarded companies in the military, and many of its soldiers have served in Iraq.

Four of the men have been charged with underage drinking, drunken driving and adultery. Their non-judicial punishment included demotion, confinement to their unit’s area for 45 days, 45 days of extra duty and a two month reduction of salary.

The official charges against the three other men, who face court-martial, include pandering, sodomy and “wrongfully engaging in sexual acts with another person while being filmed with the intent of broadcasting the images over the Internet for money.” One of the men has also been charged with adultery.
