MAN CLAIMS SEX WITH TOILET SENATOR

Advertorial

A man has come forward claiming to have had a tryst with US Senator Larry Craig who was arrested in a public toilet sex sting at Minneapolis airport.

Craig has denied his guilt in the arrest, although he pled guilty to disorderly conduct. He has also publicly insisted that he is not gay – appearing on television talk shows with his wife.

Now, according to Wonkette website, David Phillips, who is described as a “local IT geek and bear-about-town,” claims that he had sex with Craig while a student at George Mason University. Philips says that he only learnt about the scandal when he heard Craig’s voice on television in a bar: “I went pale and nearly vomited,” he told the website.

Phillips explained that in 1987 he followed the older Craig home from a Washington DC gay bar, whereupon the two reportedly had sex, which he described as “clumsy and unremarkable.”

Phillips added that after the brief tryst he was hurried out the back door and given $20 by Craig who told him “I can buy and sell your ass ten thousand times over. You were never here.”

“I wish I hadn’t been a screwed-up kid at the time and had had the presence of mind to tell him to keep the money he shoved at me,” Phillips admitted to the website.
