ELTON JOHN DEATH THREAT MAN ARRESTED
A man in the US has been arrested for posting a video on YouTube in which he holds a sign reading “Elton John must die”.
In the video, Neal Horsley, 65, is said to be holding the sign in front of an Atlanta building where it is thought John may own an apartment.
Horsley was arrested on a charge of making a terror threat and criminal defamation. While police did not confirm that the arrest was related to the video, the man’s son told AP that he believed that the two were connected.
“What Elton John has done is desecrated the image of the Lord Jesus Christ, blasphemed the Lord Jesus Christ,” Horsley says in the video, referring to a recent magazine interview in which the star said that he believed that Jesus was a gay man.
Horsley is a conservative Christian and came to notoriety in the late 90’s for publishing the names and addresses of doctors who legally performed abortions on the Internet.
