Pop-rock singer Joe Jonas has told Details magazine that, despite rumours to the contrary, he is in fact not gay.
The 21 year old Jonas became famous along with his two siblings, Nick and Kevin, as part of the Jonas Brothers band.
Speaking to Details ahead of the launch of his solo album, Jonas addressed the issue directly when the magazine questioned him about his love life, asking “who would break up with Joe?”
“Some guy,” he replied with a laugh, but then went on to add: “There’s nothing wrong with being gay. but I’m not.”
He later mentions: “I like to watch all the crazy characters in the neighbourhood… I saw this gay homeless guy that got arrested. When the cops said, ‘Spread ’em,’ he was like, ‘You’d like that, wouldn’t you?'”
