SOWETO PRIDE 2013

“Whose streets? Our streets!” Hundreds turned out for the 9th annual Soweto Pride march in the heart of the historic township on Saturday 28 September. The aim? To reclaim the streets for LGBTI people and demand justice for victims of hate crimes. Entertainment and fun followed in Credo Mutwa Park.

  1. yep we were there in numbers n everythng turned out perfectly well, no fights n crazy thngs bt crzy fun. we were seen hope to be heard thnx few it was really enjoyable n surely dng it again nxt yr

  2. It was really a great success and the numbers were large, I’m happy that the march went well and I didn’t see no disturbances and fights. I enjoyed myself and doing it next year, phambili nge Soweto Pride phambili and THANKS FOR THE BEAUTIFUL PICTURES LUIZ
