Pretoria Pride 2017 Festival gallery

Following the 2017 Pretoria Pride parade, thousands gathered at the Centurion Rugby Club for a celebration that went on into the early evening.

The keynote address was delivered by the Mayor of Tshwane, Solly Msimanga, who called for LGBTQ+ equality, in South Africa and across the continent.

Revellers were treated to entertainment, bars, food sellers and community stalls, including HIV testing and counselling services.

The line-up of performers featured SA’s got talent runner-up Manila von Teez and Latheem Gabriel, who performed the first ever Pride song in Africa.
