Here are the Mr Gay World South Africa 2019 finalists (pics)

The 2019 Mr Gay World South Africa finalists were announced on stage at Johannesburg Pride in Sandton on 26 October.

The annual event aims to find a well-groomed, well-spoken South African representative who champions the causes of the LGBTQ+ community and has the votes and support of the public.

The Mr Gay World South Africa 2019 winner will be revealed at a crowning show in Nelson Mandela Bay, Port Elizabeth on 31 January 2020. 

This is the first time that this event will be held in the city, causing great excitement and fanfare in the Eastern Cape communities.

Most significantly, the winner will go on to represent South Africa in the next Mr Gay World contest in 2020.

Voting will continue until midnight 29 January 2020, costs R1.00 (which goes to the XOXO Foundation) and will not be limited per day or by finalist.
