WATCH: SHIRTLESS ZAC EFRON & BEAR GRYLLS MAN-BOND

Arguably Hollywood’s hottest man, Zac Efron, has shared a shirtless adventure with sexy survival expert Bear Grylls.

Efron, who recently starred in the hit comedy Bad Neighbours, was the celebrity guest in this week’s episode of Running Wild with Bear Grylls, which was a dream-fest of testosterone-fuelled male bonding.

During their survival adventure, the duo found themselves faced with the daunting task of having to rappel down a high cliff alongside a waterfall.

Grylls got Efron to first take off his shirt (we’re not entirely sure why, but we’re not complaining) and, to make sure they’re “committed”, threw their backpacks into the pool below.

They, of course, succeeded in their death-defying tandem act of bravery, and then high-fived and held hands in the water as they congratulated each other.

Efron, 26, said afterwards: “I’ve never felt this alive.”

In the show, the star also spoke about his struggle with addiction. He told Grylls that drugs were “a social lubricant” and commented that, “I just really want to never again have to take anything from the outside into me to feel good about my outside, to be comfortable in my present skin.”
